Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days. Shipping costs for orders from local individuals are a fixed cost of $15. (Except for certain remote areas).

Exchange/Refund Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for another product or if you wish a refund, it is possible to do so within 30 days following your order. The returned product must return in the same condition as it was sent to you.
You will have to cover the delivery costs for the return and those of the new shipment in the case of an exchange.
The refund will be made once the product arrives and inspected at our offices. Please contact us by phone or email to proceed.

Privacy Policy

Our website and online store are hosted by Shopify. They are therefore responsible for the management and protection of your personal payment data. You can consult the Shopify app's usage and privacy policies for more details.

We will collect the information you provide such as your name, civic address and email address. We will use this information to ship your order to you and to communicate with you. If we ask you for your credit card information, for example to make a payment by telephone, once the payment has been made it will be destroyed.

Limited Warranty

Oro equipment products are guaranteed for one year after purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper maintenance, neglect and normal wear and tear. Please read the user guide carefully to ensure proper use of the product.
